We are now accepting applications for  2021 Summer and Fall Internships.

As a HoneyMilk Intern you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our home-studio factory, including soap and skincare product prep and making, order fulfillment, packaging products and wholesale orders, social media marketing, customer service, product and production photography and other miscellaneous business-related tasks.

There will be many more creative opportunities though our program, as described below.

Internship Duties: Each week we will focus on various aspects of the HoneyMilk business. In addition to a central weekly focus, you will be expected to help with additional studio tasks as they arise, including writing a short weekly blog post about your weekly experience each Friday. Handmade is a story that must be told, and our customers will enjoy reading about your learning experiences from your unique perspective.

Working Hours: Flexible. This internship is for 8-15 hours per week (Monday-Friday), but can flex around your class schedule. If HoneyMilk has a local pop-up shop during your internship, event/weekend assistance may be requested (but never required).

Applicant Selection Criteria: We’re looking for someone with a passion for non-profit, creative arts, sales and marketing and/or public relations. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn what it is like to run a full-time, home-based business. All work happens out of our home factory studio in Douglasville, GA. You must have your own transportation. Interns are asked to sign a nondisclosure and non compete form related to certain trade secrets of the business. Agreement not to share certain skills learned during internship is expected.

Compensation: This is a paid internship with possibility to become a part time team member. You will also gain invaluable skills with hands-on training, possible school credit (talk with your professors and the career center), and really learn what it is like to run a successful creative home-based business.
