All orders must be placed on the Internet. We do not accept mail orders, telephone orders or credit card information over the telephone. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order. You are responsible for the information provided to us in your order.
Your order must be paid by credit card. By entering your credit card information and submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card which will authorize us to charge the entire order amount, including shipping and handling charges, to your credit card. Payment will be made in full at the time you place your order. Please allow up to two business days to process your order. All orders, unless otherwise noted, will be shipped at pre-calculated, variable rates of U.S.P.S. Priority Mail domestic orders and a variable rate for international orders. This includes handling charges. We will ship your order to the shipping address provided to us at the time you placed your order. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the error is ours, we will absorb the reshipping costs. 8% Georgia State Tax will be charged to all orders with a Georgia delivery address.

Once orders are placed, they are final and will be shipped. Order cancellations will not be accepted. If you refuse to accept delivery, a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged to your credit card for the amount that is due us. Please ensure that you do want to place the order before you submit it with your credit card information.
You may return any product purchased from us within 7 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original condition to receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Email your return request and a copy of the invoice to: email@example.com and we will send you further instructions on how to return your purchase.

As the customer, we recommend that you test and evaluate the products to determine suitability for a specific use. In no event will we be liable for consequential or indirect damages resulting from loss of use or loss of profits in connection with the use and/or suitability of our products. All of HoneyMilk’s natural skin care products are for external use only. Do not use any of the natural skin care products in your eyes, nose or mouth. If irritation occurs while using any of our natural skin care products, discontinue immediately and consult your health care provider.
