I was using a different Black owned vaginal cleansing brand prior to switching. I used My Yoni Pot during my cycle and never experienced that horrible smell that can come with it. I used it both on my body and actually to wash my menstrual cup between uses. I felt safe doing this because there are no unnatural waxy substances in this wash.
