HoneyMilk Soap + Skin is looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our batching department as a "Batch Production Assistant/Batch Prepper".

This person will be primarily be responsible for prepping product batches and/or making specific products for regular production and market seasons. The perfect fit for this position will be someone who exhibit a natural ability to understand recipes, intently follow instructions and manage their tasks in a time-effective manner.

This is not an hourly position. We follow a per-batch/per project payment scale that allows room for flexibility, intentional focus and growth.

• Accurately prep production batches of products (and will sometimes include batch making)
• Detail-oriented, focused, intentional and precise
• Not afraid to ask questions and perfect craft
• Must be able to lift up to 45-50 lbs
• Not sensitive/allergic to various strong scents (fragrance and essential oils used in production)
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements at all times
• Ensure all batches are properly recorded and meet workflow requirements
• Restock and maintain appropriate ingredients inventory levels
• Warm friendly attitude with trainable mentality
• A passion for learning our products, brand, and professional development
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Understand the importance of keeping confidential proprietary information and conversations in-house
